I don’t know why your techs feel the need to change where the seat is set but it’s absolutely ridiculous. I am not even a tall person and when I can’t get into my own car because it’s pushed all the forward and the seat is raised is ridiculous. Did a child a drive my car back? It’s an automatic so moving it closer to “engage the clutch “ is irrelevant. I shouldn’t hit my own knees on my steering wheel when I get my car back. Also when someone brings in their vehicle for a specific reason don’t just give a 20 secs “oh this is what we found” then spend 4 mins talking about other parts irrelevant for the reason the person brought it in; what an absolute waste of time.
