Had vehicle serviced for oil change and novice stated they topped off all under hood fluids. That was not correct as the vehicle’s windshield washer fluid light came on stating low fluid level. It appears that the technician forgot to top off the windshield washer fluid.

They did a thorough job with the inspection but failed to offer just an oil change to route out any concerns of not having a correct blend within the engine which was mentioned by the technician during his video. Instead only offered the PCV Valve replacement with an oil change. When brought up upon paying the $253 diagnostic fee. The representative mentioned, they would not do an oil change without replacing the PCV valve. I was told before dropping off the vehicle that the $253 diagnostic charge would go towards any required maintenance yet when I attempted to add any recommend repairs it simply added it on as an additional cost.

I experienced a Lack of customer service skills coming from your volkswagen brandon representative Seth kalman ,as far as your shop tech great. I am a Mechanic myself and I choose your location due to my purchase of my car being there. Seth kalman comes off very pushy and knowing my name also communicating with me via txt he kept calling me Peper instead of my name (Peter). If it's up to me I'll be choosing a different location moving forward.
