Absolutely ridiculous, told me it was $205 to look at the vehicle, then charged $253 ($17 tax and $30 shop fee) but didnt actually do any work so not sure why I had to pay a shop fee that was never disclosed up front. Asked to make a repair for $4k that was quoted $2k at another authorized VW shop. Terrible experience and will NEVER come back to brandon VW for service.
