The service persay is not an issue. They fact that my 11 month old car has been in twice for brakes and needs new pads/rotors and thay is not covered by any warranty. You cannot tell me it's normal wear and tear. Since i have had several issue in the first several month of owning this car i plan on getting rid of it and going with another dealership.
