Rolando was patient and professional despite my disappointment in the actual repair cost and experience. That said, he alone won’t convince me not to abandon VW for its rediculousness. 2k for a battery and 4 tires because VW claims it costs 500 for programming and calibration of sensors when changing a battery and tires. Ludicrous.
