The service agent and tech were awesome and very informative but your system of approving work to be done is horrible online, I was given a list of recommended services and I emailed the service rep what I wanted done and didn't (didn't want tires, brakes or alignment or brake fluid) yet it seems tires were done and I had to pay for them, don't u think if I wanted tires done I would have said also do the alignment? I know I declined tires, brakes, alignment and I believe brake fluid, I even asked to have the oil change done via text and phone which was done and not recommended, I even spoke on the phone to the service rep and said what I did and didn't yet I was told online I checked for services I didn't want, why wouldn't u call or text to confirm what I said vs supposedly was done online

Every time I come in for an issue. Somehow something happened to void the warranty and I end up paying out of pocket. Last time someone hot glued my a/c switches together. Obviously it wasn't me, or I wouldn't have brought it in for repairs. I would have known what was wrong. It was under warranty,why wouldn't I have brought it originally. This time rodents chewed the wire inside my car under the front seat. I took it a different repair shop yesterday and they said the wire is nicked, but it doesn't look chewed on. Like I was told at this location. I would also like to know what happened to my battery tie down thing, that this dealership said is now missing. Why wasn't something said the 5+ times that it has been in this dealership for repairs/service. Now all of a sudden it's missing and my battery can move and cause me even more problems. I felt like I was treated like an idiot, and they tried to scare me into getting alot of expensive work done. They also tried to get me to do a 60,000 mile thing. The very top thing listed is an oil change. When I asked why I needed another oil change when that's why I was there. I was told it's a better oil change, that a regular oil change doesn't get the engine clean like it needs to be. Sooooo why am I taking my car to your dealership, if your oil change isn't doing anything for my car. Also why do I have to get oil added with-in a few weeks to a month after getting my oil changed EVERY time? This location seems like a complete rip off and I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go here. I'm currently shopping for my daughter a car for her birthday in a few weeks and after yesterday, I will not get her a VW at all. Every person I've told about yesterday can't believe what happened. Also you might want to tell your service guys at the desk, to not bad mouth customers, where other customers can hear. If I knew who the guy was talking trash about, I would give him a call. I will be looking for a different VW location for repairs from now on. When Carlos was there, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Now it's not worth me driving almost an hour from my home to come there.

Sydney took very good care of me. Calling an Uber for me and letting me use a loaner which I wasn't expecting. An added bonus when I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. I had a very pleasant experience with my service.Thank you Sydney!

Rolando was great and the repairs came out good; however, when I received my cari noticed my dash cam screen was broken. The dash cam sits right below my rear view mirror where the repairs took place. I know it was not broken when I dropped the car off. Rolando attempted to rectify the situation but the manager would not even come speak to me personally.

There was fluid on the front of my car after it was serviced. Tried to wipe it off and it removed the paint on the car. Also, my driver side window will not goes down when I open the door and does not go back up. This was not and issue before.
