Michael is an extreme asset to your service department. He is kind ,professional and he does everything that he should do with ease.
I actually thought customer service was gone after Covid until I ran into Michael at Volkswagen Brandon. He should actually be on your training staff as he is unbelievable at customer service. He treats everybody with respect and as you were the only customer in there.
Additionally, as I was leaving today, he walked me to the vehicle to ensure everything was OK, and a car pulled up with very loud music under your awning area. We could not even hear each other talking. He kindly walked over and asked the young lady to turn her radio down. Even though she was rude he turned around and walked back to my car and apologized when actually he had nothing to do with the rudeness of the young lady.
