Michael and the technicians were very efficient in sourcing the parts I need, diagnosing the problem, recognizing it fell under an extended warranty by VW, and keeping me updated on progress. Pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to fight for the warranty coverage on my service, as I know my initial issue should be covered.

I work in the automotive/commercial industry and am familiar with dealer service. Johnathon was knowledgeable and attentive. Though he should be familiar with services provided he wasn’t familiar with BG induction service- that’s fine. He got the information and provided it. I will provide a high CSI score as he did his job. I was disappointed the car wasn’t already washed upon arrival. Wheels were still dirty, no light vacuum. Also the car had a “change oil” light and sticker in the windshield saying it was due at 24K (brought in with 29k). I’d changed the oil ~5K ago however there was no acknowledgement of the light.

Paperwork received after maintenance completed states "schedule 30,000". The vehicle is at 33,400. Paperwork states the vehicle is at 22,000.
