Service tech was not informative or knowledgeable with using coupons in service. I informed Jonathan Zamora that I was going to use be using 2 service coupons at the time of drop off not once did he say 2 could not be used. After the initial drop off he then came over and I stated again that I had the coupon for $69.99 oil change and $29.99 tire rotation again he never said the 2 could not be used. If he would have informed me of this prior I would have not got the tire rotation this service. I would suggest he be trained to be more informative to customers with this issue so it doesn’t happen again.
