my vehicle was misdiagnosed. They kept my car for over a week and a half. I was finally offered a loaner mind you this is my second time there less than two weeks I did request for a refund. They said no refund would be granted and they wanted their loaner car back, and have my vehicle towed off their property unprofessional very dissatisfied. I requested the general manager, Mr. Gomez to contact me in several locations that has yet to happen and my vehicle is still not fixed.

Alex is great. He was polite, explained everything, and kept on top of my vehicle repair. He is the type of representative that would make me want to keep coming back for service.
