This was a much better experience than I had last year with Carlos Menendez. He tried to upsell me in everything and still stuck me with some things that I told him I did not want. Mike Cruz was a completely different and courteous service advisor.

I was called around 3:30pm about my inability to get my car fixed after I dropped it off 7:30am. I was informed that they were waiting on a VW Engineer to contact them for next steps. Along with there not being a loaner vehicle available. I was later called around 6:20pm that a loaner car was not available and I could pick up the vehicle. I informed Sydney that the vehicle could stay at VW as my vehicle did not have safety features of the backup camera or the hands free calling available and it was the reason it was in the shop.

I had a appointment for 7:30 and the service provided by Mr Michael Cruz wasn’t the best I specified that my appointment was for a change of oil and filter and all of the maintenance he was supposed to explained it after the maintenance person finish doing the change of oil and tell me and explained how could he be able to assist in helping me to get the rest of the maintance done and also having me waiting for the key of my vehicle because I saw when the kid brought the car parked it and he wasn’t paying attention to his job with the customers he’s very unprofessional in speaking with customers I never had no issues in Volkswagen in Brandon but with Mr Michael Cruz wasn’t the best.
