I went in to get the coolant light checked out. Service team members offered the 20000 miles service, even though it was still early. I agreed, my oil changed was done, as well as the service check. I took the car home, and the coolant light remained on. I called and texted Carlos multiple times the next day. When he finally called back, he told me to make another appointment. What was the whole point of the whole “service check”??? We are planning on taking this vehicle for a long drive, and i simply do not have the time to make multiple trips to the dealer. It questions the professionalism and capabilities of the service members when they have people coming back and forth for no reason. Seems like they should do the job and do it right the first time. This is the car my family travels in.
