Ida was amazing. She did everything on an excellent level. I felt like the warranty assessor who called me a liar and refused to replace my defective window that broke from simply shutting the door too hard was poor. A couple hundred bucks to stand behind a truck I paid $70000 for seems poor business. I thought Ford was proud of their products and would stand behind them but I was surprised. My next new ride will not be a Ford. If the Gord Motor Company does not provide a quality product or make it right when things are poor. I will find a company that will.
