My car was in the shop 2 week's when they delivered my car to me at work there was no paperwork on what it was that was done to my car. They had to put a new engine in my car. No new when the new oil was to be changed nothing. They assured me my car was all take care of however the front end radding is still there Ford has had to do a buy back on two cars in the past 3 year's so I buy a supposed to be a luxury car that should not be radding in the front end. I have been along time customer of Does but if they can't even fix my car then what's a person to do except go to a different make of car it's ashamed that 6 months of purchasing this Lincoln mk and now all these problems. I'm very disappointed to say the least. Diana F

Just a note that after this service visit tire rotation, the left front wheel center trim piece seems very loose compared to the other three wheels. Noticeably not the normal snug fit.

In was overcharged for service. I was told that my service agreement had expired. Even though I had paperwork to prove it had not expired I had to go tho another dealer to go talk to a financial advisor. They needed to cut me a check for a refund and so I need to make another trip to pick up my refund. They said they would text me when it was ready but did not text today like they promised. Also they asked me if I would like my car washed and they did not do it.A little disappointing.
