All personnel were very pleasant. However, the battery was removed and replaced. The computer was not reset so it showed oil 40% instead of the correct 100%. Also the radio display indicated a code to be keyed in. I was not aware of that until I was leaving. I had to stop at Honda service and Burke on Oak St enroute home to deal with those issues.

Jose is THE smartest advisor that I have EVER worked with. I have been buying nothing but Ford products since 2006. I have roughly purchased in excess of $800,000 worth of Ford vehicles. My advisor this time actually knows Ford vehicles. I am not talking about a Mustang versus say a camari. He keeps up to date on everything Ford. I can discuss both what I have and what I am getting and he knows everything about where Ford is heading into the future. This is obviously not a requirement of his job but it shows how interested he is in know ford products. I am purchasing 2 MME and was VERY concerned about using Burke ford. He knows all about the MME and that the mechanics are trained on that car. In short I feel good about Burke ford handling my business in the future. That is saying a lot. My friends since 2006 work at Galpin and are in management there. I have had issues upon issues with Burke ford and would be happy to discuss those with you in terms of service. Jose would be the ONLY service advisor I trust to work with. He does not do the work obviously but I trust that he will make sure it gets done properly. The c Max shock screw up is likely his fault but that is ok. No one is perfect. Knowing that there is someone I trust to talk to is NOT something I take lightly. When you have bought nothing but Ford since 2006 you DEMAND the best. Jose is the face of service. Hopefully the mechanics who perform the work are as good as he is.

I made a appointment 1 week in advance after getting a recall repair. I received a reminder by phone about my appointment . I drove to the service area and was checked in. Approximately 20 minutes later I was in formed that they could nott make the repairs because they did not have the necessary parts. I was livid!! I had to make arrangements to make sure I could be on time after driving 35 miles to get there. That was a 70 mile waisted trip due to not having the parts! In this time of technology not knowing if you have the parts is inexcusable .
