The car was dirty at pickup. The repairs were incomplete, even the ones we were charged for. I bought this vehicle partly due to the Lincoln certified warranty and I paid extra for paintless dent repair. My wife went to pick up the car and was given an incomplete repair AND a bill. And it was dirty, did I already mention that. Disappointed, not surprised. :(
