The oil screw at the bottom of the pan was not titan correctly and I now have oil spots all over my new garage floor. I will be happy to submit a picture if possible.

Took my Aviator in to have a back sensor repaired (it had fallen off!!) and when I got my car back, it was scratched and has adhesive, black adhesive (my car is white), all along where they sealed the bumper back on. I called and sent pictures to the service advisor and haven’t heard back. Very disappointed.

Every person that I interacted with was professional and polite. Even though I did not have an appointment, they were able to take my car in, complete the repairs and even washed it before returning it to me. While I waited for the repair, took the opportunity to look at other vehicles. The salesman was courteous and allowed me to look around without hovering near me, but was there to answer questions when I had them.
