When the tech replaced my taillight they scratched my truck in two places. In one place they tried to use touch up to cover it and the other is a larger scratch that was inspected today but the service shop. They are supposed to call me to schedule a time to come back and have this repaired with touch up paint but I am not confident this will suffice as a proper repair on a 2019 new to me truck.

Been here 4-5 times for same problem. Paid for it every time. My car smells like cigs after I picked it up today. Very good for my newborn... no mask was worn by the mechanic pulling it around to the front of the lot for my wife to pick up. I’m done with Brookfield. Will definitely campaign against you guys publicly whenever anything remotely related to cars is brought up in conversation near me.

Well I had a low tire n put air in and could not get them even i believe they are supposed to b at 36 so thats the 1st think I looked at and I have still 2 at 39 psi and 2 at 40 I took a picture. Im sorry a full service what 12 point inspection and my tire pressure is the same as when I drove in. And supposedly my tires where rotated but im pretty sure they was not bcuse I check my tired pressure on dash often and they appear to b in the same spot of 39 front n back on 1 side and same with the 40 pounds on the other. Not to mention I buy a new 2020 and no perks hell I bought a certified used 1 from LaValley and got 3 free oil changes and they don't charge for tire rotation. Thinking I may see about moving my auto servicing to them. Other than that I felt he was very nice guy. Oh and I usually make an appointment and drop my vehicle off then go clean a house and when its done I'm use to being notified its ready but if I do that with u all it cost more. Im truly not very happy with what I've learned my 1st visit. I feel u all need to appreciate ur customers a bit more and if I could prove the tire thing I'd b down there pitching a fit. U asked i told. Food for thought
