Brookfield has always treated me right. Every time I have called to make an appointment with the service department, they have got me in fast and the work has been completed quickly. Even though I live in Bridgman and am right around the corner from Sieman’s, I will gladly drive the extra distance to Brookfield. Thank you!

Came in for an oil change. Mentioned I had a hum and thought I had bearing going out on the front passenger side. Somehow paid $124 just for confirmation of what I already diagnosed. A good mechanic would have narrowed that down in 5 minutes and most likely did. I waited all day for a text for an update, but never heard anything till I showed up at the end of the day. I waited another 30 minutes for some reason just to get my keys and bill. Dropped an additional three hundred and something dollars today for the hub replacement today. $105 OEM hub that I got charged $160 for, which I guess is acceptable for a dealership, but still the overall experience was inconvenient and a rip off.

I believe my brakes were put on wrong from the previous owner and I was told that ceramic brakes squeak by the brookfield service center and they sent me on my way I haven't had my car for a full week and I had to pay for brookfield to even inspect my brakes the young man that helped me was very nice and he told me his honest opinion buying a 17000 dollar car should not cost me money in under a week of ownership these things should have been fixed before I bought it. I'm in love with my car but very sad that I can't drive her until I pay most 400 for her repairs. ???? I really need brookfield to rectify this problem. Brookfield is a amazing place but I'm just sad that it's costing me more money this early ????

I was there for what 2 people in 2 different days told me would be a 40 minute appointment. I checked in at 4:20. I didn’t leave until 5:55. Not one person came to say what was taking so long. The waiting room was dirty and freezing cold. There was no reason for this to have taken so long. I was looking around from the waiting area and an employee was asking another employee what I was staring at. The response was not favorable to your reputation. The walls are very thin in that waiting room. I was appalled at some of the language I heard from a different service area that I could not see. We will not be back.
