I wasn't at all satisfied. In fact, I'm very disappointed in your service. No one could tell me whether a repair was to be covered by warranty, and in the end you charged me $66 for doing nothing. I won't be back to your dealership unless you make good on this. You'd think buying a $37,000 car from you with an extended warranty would get me something other than the poor service I received today.

Anthony worked hard to fulfill the needs of myself and the vehicle. I do find the dealership a bit like going back into the 1990’s. From start to finish, the process is a bit more sluggish compared to my experiences with the gm dealership we take our Yukon to. And the fact we still have to go to a pay window instead of paying with the service member is very antiquated. I don’t know if this varies by dealership or just jeep in general, but it just seems so outdated. Also, employees wearing apparel for the service center would make it feel much more professional. Many opportunities that are being missed. Anthony, specifically, did a very nice job using the tools he is being given to work with.

I specifically told the young man during an oil change that my vehicle takes synthetic oil only - it was put in at the factory, it's what it gets. He wrote it down, as the tablets were broken. When I was checking out it said standard oil...nope. So I had to go through all the BS and make them drain it out and do it right. The new assistant service gal kinda argued about how the oil being fine for one time only and wouldn't affect the engine. Nope..she did make sure it was changed. Also asked about the front bottom spoiler and the possibility of ordering a new one, never did get the answer.

This was a recall for replacement of a logo item in my steering wheel. After two hours in your shop the logo was removed but not replaced. The cover for the air bag is Scratched. When I contacted service about this they said they didn’t have the replacement item. I have several questions. #1 when I purchased my vehicle from your dealership I was told that it had a lifetime power train warranty. I purchased a lifetime bumper to bumper Warranty. When they were doing an oil change Your service person notified that the rear differential was leaking I said that it should be covered by my warranty. They told me they had no record of a warranty on my vehicle. That I didn’t have the required checkups done on the vehicle No one ever notified me that I needed these checkups even though I ha mostly had work done at your dealership or the one in Bridgman. I want to know I’d I will have my vehicle fixed or if I should plan on taking my business elsewhere. Jerry S

Your whole operation feels unprofessional. He never seemed to know what was going on or how to do simple tasks. Took me two visits to not repair my vehicles issue. Made an appointment to repair a part I feel had nothing to do with my cars issue. Part was not in yet... disappointing that I was not informed of this prior to arriving for my appointment. Wasted my time. 2nd appointment took far less time then qouted. Never met said "technition". Supposedly was given a tune up and replaced sensor in 30 mins. Less then 12 hours from paying cryptic 500 dollar bill and issue is back.
