Your staff working up front need to wear their face masks over their nose and under their chins. I was rather shocked by how many of them were walking around talking without masks on properly. Made me very uncomfortable.

The team is starting to gel back like it was in late 2019 when a lot of turnover happened in service. Alex is doing a good job for his dad and Chris is a strong service worker. Maybe the doughnuts help? Also, Claudia and Judy are great office personnel, and my favorite, Sally, is our sales superstar. Just wish we had more to send her and Don. We always try.

1 week later a piece from the steering came off. Thankfully I wasnt on the highway like I spend most of my time or it could have been fatal. My husband had to call a tow truck and Brookfield was unable to help us out at the time to fix the car. We had to find another local car service repair.
