I was particularly pleased with Jollene, she was fantastic in giving me information and helping me through the process which included being able to use my credit card in my van to pay for the services. I also received a couple of calls from your service people during the service and appreciated that. You can be certain that I will continue to be a regular customer with service twice a year and give recommendations to your service and dealership as well.

Randy does a great job, probably the best I have ever experienced at Brookfield going way back to even the days at the Watervliet facility and the van looks great. Very , very appreciative for that paint repair. BUT, I feel I would be remiss if I stopped here. I was offered a loaner vehicle since the van would be there for a week. Again I was very appreciative and thankful for that offer of service.....until I got into the loaner car. It was not just dirty, it was disgustingly filthy. Dried muddy looking dirt on the drivers seat back, something slopped near the ignition area, back driver window looked like a pet had slobbered all over the window. Overall just unclean and in my personal opinion, unfit to be offered to anyone any day, but in the hyper-sensitive environment of Covid, totally unacceptable as it was certainly not sanitized. The exterior was no ckeaner, but obviously my concern was the interior. Sorry, but felt you should be aware of my disgust.

Only comment would be to take off the website service scheduling system. My husband made an appt. checked back on the website the next day and appt was still listed. But when I got to the service dept they didn’t have my appt. Jollene said they no longer use that program.

Thanks for the help. Service was quick and courteous. Prices seemed fair. I was a little taken aback by pricing in some parts, but did some market research and saw that you were in the middle of the range for the parts I saw. Fair enough. Thanks for the help and taking such good care of my Jeep.
