I had extremely rude service by Jolene. She had my car serviced without permission, she almost never provided updates and continually said there was no rental cars available even though I was 3 weeks without a vehicle. Once I got ahold of the general manager and the service manager, I was provided with a vehicle within 24 hours. They were kind enough to explain everything, apologize for her behavior and make the rest of the experience great. Thank you to them for making the terrible experience, a bit better.
