The lady who seen us was nice and polite. The prices for repairs on my jeep are too high. The radiator has had that leak sense I bought it brand new. This is why I have not bought a seconed jeep. I was going to but a shaft seal leaks up front already sooo no thank you p. That. I was pro jeep. Not anymore.

Was told $476 for AC refill, then was told much higher because she misquoted me. Then the total was up to almost $4000 to fix the AC that hadn’t even been determined as not working. I will never be back to this service center or this dealership.

I wish your surveys were more than just one question. Jollene was terrific. The service good. I’m jealous of all the people on facebook that take their vehicles in and get them back washed and cleaned, but I guess that’s up to the dealer. This isn’t my first time at Brookfield, and not every visit went as well as I thought it could have or should have. But Jollene has been the best part of every visit.
