Charles Colamarino was extremely unprofessional in handling the repairs needed on my vehicle. He spoke with me in an inappropriate manner in which I will be submitting this issue to the Better Business Bureau immediately. His inappropriate behavior caused a great deal of frustration that could have been avoided if he were to handle the situation in which he is required to do .
He left a message on my voicemail that was very disrespectful in which I will submit as well .
