In my original visit, I was billed for soMething I didn’t request or approve, I was given the incorrect type of oil, and the problem I came in with was not fixed after the recommended work was completed.
On my visit today, when I presented the problems, the oil was changed (correctly this time), and diagnostics were completed which identified the remaining problems.
