I didn’t even end up getting my car serviced. i waited and waited and waited but I had plans to leave after and my car didn’t even get pulled in for two hours so i asked for my keys back and i left. the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. i’d rather pay $50 for an oil change than ever wait in that crowded dealership ever again

I love my new Toyota. Leonard was kind enough to show me where the wire was damaged in my car. He showed me where I might hang mothballs.
When I got home from picking up my car, I received a coupon in the mail for service work from Toyota. I called Runnemede to see if Toyota would honor the coupon for work done today and was sorry to hear it could not be used.
