The maintenance team is great, but I think that a car wash and vehicle vacuum should be added to the service. It use to be complimentary and my air cabin filter should’ve been checked, because it’s Spring.

The work was completed in a timely matter and one of my concerns was resolved. I had expressed a rattling noise in the front end and there was missing clips. There is no noise now. I'm very that issue was resolved. Great job from the service center.

After changing the oil. The vehicle was never reset to not to say about changing the oil. So on the dashboard is still says oil change

The representative was rude from the beginning. There was a lack of communication between sales and service department where service didn't get notify of my complimentary maintenance. When I went to pick up my car the paperwork was not done, the keys nowhere to be found and somebody else showing attitude with comments like "you could have come earlier"... not a good experience

I understand that your staff may be short handed, but no one is ever Available to answer their phone, return messages, & in the service department- no one available to speak with about the service. The amount of the part was not what I was quoted on Saturday & the leak wanted more details. The rim was supposed to be ordered in Jan so when the service on Saturday it would of been completed, but now charged for labor. Request on the Sat visit the battery to be check no notes on paperwork so did this happen.
