A part was never ordered, the service department will correct the issue. I have to make another visit , made multi calls to make sure the part/rim would be available for this appointment. I was also asked by the sales Mgr Mark or Margo & then insulted, I have been a faithful customer since 2007 This was a awful visit today & I hope future visits will certainly be better Thanks Debra P

It wasn't covered under the warranty. I think it still should have been replaced. I don't understand how you can sell a car and the glove compartment not work. It would have been nice if you fixed it as a courtesy.

Anthony Cintron did a great job keeping me updated on my cars progress. This was especially true since the repairs had to be completed over two days due to issues the mechanics found. Bottom line is the car was done on time to the modified plan and it IS running better than when I brought it in. Great job Runnemede Toyota!

I asked them when I got there to change the number they had for me & they never did. I was not notified when my car was done. This message was forwarded to me so the number still has not been changed. My number is ****-****-xxxx. The man I asked to change my number was rude & abrupt. I had an appointment for 8:45. My car was not but on the lift until 9:55. The oil change was completed by 10:35. I would of never known unless the text message was forwarded to me. Unsatisfactory customer service.
