I brought up 3 areas of concern, one was addressed in a not to attentive way, but the problem was taken care of, my other 2 concerns were just dismissed. One of the dismissed problems was also taken care of but the other was just dismissed as I didn’t know what I was talking about. And maybe I don’t but the problem I brought up should have been looked into in some fashion.

The tech should have checked the shade after unplugging it from the button which manually powers it up or down (before putting everything back together) to see if it was disconnected. He did not do that because if he did he would have realized that it was still connected to the power source which is still making the noise when you put it in reverse. Had he done this, he could have made the decision to disable it another way. Now every has to be taken apart again to fix the problem. Very disappointed in the quality of expertise to fix this problem. Besides that the third brake light is working again. Thank you!
