Unfortunately my experience today has me questioning whether or not I will be returning to you to further service my vehicle. My front 2 aftermarket wheels were severely damaged while in your technicians care. I decided to leave without mentioning it to Mike, my service representative, because we did no precheck in inspection of them before I handed over the keys for my vehicle to be taken back and be serviced. Therefore I really could not prove it happened while in your care. But since I'm being asked for my feedback I have to mention what happened today and what I saw that had me perplexed. My appointment today was because the aftermarket TPMS'S were not syncing up with the system. When I spoke to Mike upon arriving about the TPMS'S he said that he didn't think they could sync them up using the tool that can grab the serial number without taking the wheels apart. He asked another associate that was there, who's name I don't know, but he said the same and that the wheels and tires would have to be partially disassembled to get to the TPMS'S and that would take about two hours and forty-five minutes. At that point we decided we weren't going to do that today because I didn't have enough time to wait for that to be done. I then said to Mike, my check engine light came on this morning, can you guys take a look at that for me please? He said no problem and he took the keys and asked me to sit in the waiting room. I sat there for about 2 hours and from the back window I watched my truck being driven in and out of the shop area several times. I do not know why my truck was going in and out of the shop area for the check engine light but I know it was during this times my wheels were damaged. What was found to be causing my check engine light to come on did not require my truck to driven outside of the shop area so I'm at a loss as to why my truck was being driven as much as it was. It makes sense why my truck was not brought up front, but instead parked towards the back of the lot where I had to walk to get it. It's sad because a little honesty would have gone a long way in my opinion of your establishment. But now I really don't have a good feeling about putting my trust in you with my vehicle. I know there was minor damage to my left front wheel that I had done which I was going to have repaired eventually, but there was no damage like the damage done by your technician which needs immediate attention. And there was no damage to the front right wheel at all. Which now needs immediate attention as well. The estimate I had previously gotten for the one repair was $100. I hope that with the new severe damage the price remains the same. Add to it the second wheel. That's about $200 total. I'm more upset by the fact that it wasn't mentioned to me than the fact that it happened. I understand mistakes happen. I just don't like the dishonesty. Courtney L

I was told that my car should be compatible to Apple AND Android, but it's not fully compatible to my android. So the week after purchasing my vehicle I'm told that it just needs a computer chip and that they're waiting for it to come in. I'm hoping this is true so I'm able to use GPS correctly. Also, I'm confused on why the radio doesn't let you set more than 6 favorite stations? (Where as the older models let me set as many as I wanted)
