An oil change took 3 hours. My rear tire had a nail in it, after 3 hours and nobody telling me, my car was ready after I'd alresdy asked about the car taking so long because I had a 12 o'clock nail appointment and then had to pick up my niece. My car after I went to look for it myself and found it in the lot, it still had all the papers in it used to do the work. My tire light was still on and the hood wasn't even closed. They had the nerve to say let us take the car back to check the sensor for the tire. In 3 hours that should have been done. This is Not my first time with Terrible service her But, it is my Last time going there. Before there was another time I had to look for my car while there for an oil change and I found it out in the parking lot and nobody then informed me the car was ready either. Today even a sales man noticed and said, you've been here a long time. I paid for the tire fix even though the light was still doing the same exact thing it was before I arrived at Runnemede Toyota! I will have my tire checked by another company to make sure I wasn't ripped off at that Toyota dealership.

Bad customer service, I was waiting for 2 hours and no one texted or came to me to say that the car was already done. I had to take it upon my self to ask and the person wouldn’t even respond my question just gave me the keys and send me inside same thing when I dropped the car off really bad comunication skills.

First, when I got in my car the service engine light was still on. I had to go back in and get a tech to reset it. Then, I found that there was a bit of grease on my finger tip which I got from my start button. Then as I drove away I heard a grumbling thumping sound. Upon further analysis it turned out that my right rear tire was loose. They rotated my tires during the service. So I came back and Ben, a salesman, was kind enough to hunt down a technician for me (I think he had a call one back), and he took the car in and tightened all four of the tires.
Not a great visit!!
