Anthony is always great when I come. Last week, I had to get towed to Toyota and Anthony Took care of all my problems without hesitation. He did additional work with calling warranty for me to ensure coverage, which saved me so much money in the end. Anthony always ensures great customer service and that you’re satisfied each time. I don’t go to any other store associate, so I could be alil biased, but Anthony is literally thee* employee you’d want to have serving each customer!!! Thanks again, I’ll always be back.

I dropped my car off for a 9:30 appointment. I did not receive a phone call that my car was done. At 1:30 while driving one 295 in the West Deptford area I called to get a status update and was put on hold by the service clerk. I was on hold so long that I hung up and called again. I again was put on hold so I decided to just drive to the dealership before my call was answered. When I arrived your service clerk was sitting there eating and not even busy on the phone.

I brought my vehicle in for a oil change and recall. The service went ahead and rotated my tires which I did not ask for then charged me $35 for it. I’ve never been charged at a dealer for a tire rotation when getting a oil change. The service guy was very ignorant as well. I will not be bringing my vehicle back for any kind of service.
