Well completely satisfied with the outcome, yes. But to get it done right required us to return to the dealer a 3rd time. The removal and replace of the project has a flat rate time of 1.0 hrs (at most) and the car had to stay overnight-that is not good at all. But in the end the job was done right. So, I am satisfied with the result driving away from the dealer but not in the manner it took to get it done. Runnemede is still my dealer, so consider this constructive criticism. I will be back. I actually bought another Toyota from you while I was there waiting for the service-lol!

Had a set appt at 1:00 for a simple oil change and tire rotation Was there until 4:00 again 4:00 for scheduled appt. uncalled for and if your busy then tell a customer beforehand so customers are not staying there for 3 HOURS!

Charles Colamarino was business-like, courteous, helpful, pleasant, & prompt. He kindly, for me, as a woman, 71, & with some medical conditions, drove my car to where I could drive out of parking lot easily, as was parked in lot in difficult location. I appreciate, & my husband appreciates, fine maintenance of our car, & courteous treatment. We would consider buying a car from Toyota of Runnemede, although we like to do this when we choose, & not be hounded about.

I was very pleased with how I was kept updated when my car was being worked on and Leonard Yackimowicz was very quick on getting my car in and serviced and was very helpful with me getting a ride back home.the only disappointment was how long my car was there took most of the day but if you want a job done right you must be patient but overall excellent job excellent work great people.

This was my third visit to a Toyota dealership for the same problem, the second visit to Runnemede. And the problem is still not solved after hours and hours of my time. I now have to seek out another Toyota dealership and make another appointment (which they are usually booking a month out) and lose more of my time to hopefully finally get it fixed. I am extremely frustrated.
