Car was brought to Toyota Service because of warning VSC and squiggly lines under and service required . Car was checked and diagnostics was it needs valve and cap assy fuel tank and that was in August . Billed was $1800 plus because I was told I needed 4 tires, After a month and this was on Tuesday same lights showed up again. Brought the car back thinking it needs an adjustment but I was told car needs canister assy and bill is $ 800 + . I drove the car and I was only 5 mins on the road and same light came on again which if someone drive the car to do a road test the inconvenience of bringing the car back which is an inconvenience on my part can be eliminated. I wonder if I needed those parts because the problem is vehicle stability control . I am also afraid that when I bring the car back on Saturday, the day they gave so someone can check the car if I will be charge another $800+ I am disappointed about everything and loosing confidence about the mechanics .

I arranged an appointment for 7:15 AM today September 29 about a week and a half ago. I arrived at 7 AM and was advised that I was not going to be seen until about 8 AM because they did not have the part to do an oil change on my Audi.
I waited around until 8:30 AM and they advised me that it would be a few more minutes he’s just putting a screwing Something in and I’ll be done soon. I came back out at 9:15 and he advised me that he was finishing up it would be about 15 more minutes I stayed out in the service area for 15 minutes in my car still was not complete. My car was giving back to me at 10 AM at that point I was not able to drop my daughter off to school because it was too late and I had to miss work which I purposely scheduled the appointment around so that I did not have to miss work because I just got the job. I’m beyond furious because my part should have been ordered for my appointment or my appointment should have been confirmed if parts needed to be ordered in advance.
I even asked the service person before he started on my car if he can just order the part and I come back so that I wouldn’t be late to work and he told me he would be in touch with me to let me know and he never called so I figured that everything was going to be done quickly which it wasn’t.

I purchased my 2009 Camry with cash Feb 2009 at this Runnemede location. I have been servicing my car at same location ever since. The service dept is exceptional from making the appt by phone to actual service of my Camry. I have always felt I was taking care of there. Today, I came in for a nail in tire & had my disabled wheelchair bound husband with me. He has no use of his right side. Again, service people were great! The only problem I had today is when my husband had to use the rest room. He cannot go to bathroom alone so I always have to take him in ladies room or family bathroom. We use the handicap stall. Upon entering ladies room a salesman sitting at desk outside ladies room took it upon himself to tell me I couldn’t take him in ladies room. I told him I have to as he cannot go by himself. I was not happy and went in anyway. And he watched me struggle trying to get wheelchair through door! In 12 years dealing with Toyota, this was a first for me. Sorry for the rant, but as a Toyota customer, it was very disrespectful. Thank You.
