Mike was great. You did have have the tire needed in stock so it was ordered with rush delivery.
It got there a few hours earlier than plan and Mike got me there to replace it.

Multiple bad experiences with Service Dept.

I bought a used Matrix (elsewhere) in Dec. 2019 that had a recall for airbag. I immediately scheduled an appt. and, after ~an hour of waiting, someone advised me that the part was not yet available, that the appt. was scheduled in error - so I drove there & waited for nothing. Several months later, I did get this work done, but, again, I waited ~an hour after my scheduled appt. for the car to be brought into the shop.

I subsequently had a problem with a rear seatbelt buckle. I came in for my scheduled appt. on 7/1/21 and - again - after ~an hour, I was advised that the part had not come in (that it was a mistake on the computer, that the part was on nationwide back order). Just like before, I drove there & waited for an hour for nothing. The service writer did offer to provide the part at no charge when I returned for the work.

After several weeks passed, I began calling that service writer and left multiple messages, but he never returned my call. Ditto for my attempts to reach the Service Dept. manager. I finally reached the service writer and he referred me to the Parts Dept. Several calls later, I was provided an ETA of the part and was told that I would be called upon arrival - which did not happen. I eventually reached someone who identified himself as Service Dept. manager (he was not), who said that he would call me - again, this did not happen. A few more calls later, I was told that the part was in and I scheduled an appt. for today, 9/23/21.

35 min. after I arrived, I looked & my car had still not be brought into the shop. An hour after my arrival, I was notified that my car was ready. I joked with the Service Writer that it must only have taken a few minutes and he said that it had been worked on for an hour, which is definitely a lie. Including the time to complete the computer work, it could only have been a maximum of 20 min. I reminded him that I was supposed to get a credit for the amount of the part - which the previous service writer advised would be put in the computer - but he found no record and would not give credit without something in writing (fortunately, I had the paperwork in my car). I asked for a labor credit for all of the time that I had expended (well over 2 hours of phone calls), but he refused. I am a very unhappy customer.

Michael was awesome. He explained everything to me. He kept me informed about what was being done with my car. When car was finished, Michael explained what was done and took care of my concerns.
This has nothing to do with Michael. The workers left grease marks on my sun roof on the inside of my car. I was very disappointed about this. Also, my steering wheel was dirty.
