First this is my 2nd time coming back to Toyota within 6 months for problems with my car I just bought the car in March. for it to be a certified used car it must wasn’t fully inspected before it was sold. My battery died 2 months after buying it .. my outlets for charging my phone didn’t work from the start .. when my battery was replaced the outlets were never fixed as I asked.. and my breaks must have been bad before the car was sold to me because after a month they started grinding and I had to press on the breaks hard in order for it to stop. I still had to pay for this car to be fixed when I didn’t cause any of the problems it has.. On the bright side I was offered a Toyota credit card when purchasing the car I put my down payment on the card which helped me gain points toward future purchases through Toyota. A few months ago I noticed my Toyota credit card which was supposedly zero interest for 6 months but as I started making payments I was still charged interest so I was lied to! I’m sure the guy who discussed my finance operations got commission but I still was screwed with interest!I had cash to pay for my down payment as a result I was charged interest so I paid more overtime Lastly I went to get my breaks fixed yesterday I received a text stating that my car was finished around 4 PM and when I got there I had to sit for an hour and a half because they lied it was not done I still had to get back home to work so that caused me to lose money on top of it all I was treated unfair because the woman at the cashier didn’t know how to apply my points from my Toyota Rewards. She was very short with me and wasn’t willing to help me apply the points. I’m am still upset about my experience there and I will never recommend anyone to do business with Toyota in runnamede
