The chemicals you put on my truck have leaked all over my driveway. When you called me and said my truck was ready I asked if you were sure that the chemicals applied were dried and you said yes. I explained that I was told it would be a two day process, one day to apply the chemicals and one to dry so I was surprised when you called 6 hours later to say the job was done.

Joe was very positive in helping me with my appointment. However, the technician who completed the maintenance on my vehicle left my oil drain plug loose a little over a quarter of a wrench turn. Thankfully I didn’t lose too much oil, as well as resolved the issue myself.

I waited over 3.5 hours for my oil change/tire pressure check…. was told that 2 employees got fired and 1 employee walked out on their shift…. was pretty pissed off and took another 15-20 minutes just to pay for the service done because the cashier didn’t know what she was doing… just a very frustrating experience overall.

The only thing that I can say that wasn't great was the loaner vehicle I received for two days, a 2021
Rav4. The inside of the vehicle was not clean. Ketcup packages all over the floor, along with plastic knives and forks. The vehicle inside and out was dirty. Akso, I didn't notice until the time I was returning the vehicle that there was inspection sticker on the vehicle.
