I had an 8:45 appointment. I asked a worker around 10:15 what was up. He said my car was about to go back. It would o my take 15 minutes. He said you were short handed. I am beyond angry. Don’t schedule appointments if you don’t have the labor. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. How dare you purposely cause a situation where I have to wait 2 hrs for a simple 5,000 mile check up. Your service is terrible.

Leonard was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dealing with maintenance at dealerships can be very boring, frustrating, and sometimes the workers talk down to you. The car runs well after its regular oil change appointment, however, I was unhappy that the repair coordinator listed $1200 of additional services I felt pressured to consider. My car is only worth about $5500. I politely declined these extras when after my questions, he told me they weren’t necessary and that the car was in good working order. Who has that kind of extra money post pandemic? I thought I was taking good care of my Prius by making sure to keep up with the regular service/oil change appointments, which are expensive enough! This is why people are wary of car appointments. Btw: from the time I was told my car was ready, and had paid, it’d been running unattended in the lot, in the hot sun, w/ac on full blast, and an open window for about 15 minutes! Conserving gas and cutting pollution is why I bought the Prius in the first place! I don’t like to complain, but you asked, so I thought I’d try to be helpful.

I waited 3 hours at the dealership for an oil change. Someone should have told me up front when I made the appointment or when I arrived that there would be a long wait so that I could have decided whether to make an appointment for another time or else drop the car off and come back for it later. The personnel were polite and also apologetic about the wait, however I feel that this is a display of poor management. It appeared that they were over-booked with appointments, which could have been avoided.

We asked for the spare tire pressure to be checked when we brought our 2015 Venza in for service today. We just double checked the pressure in the spare...it is at 25 psi. Please comment
