According to the paperwork a multipoint inspection was completed, however, no one ever went over anything with me. I was just charged money and out the door. When I get my oil changed in my Honda at another dealer they go over everything. For example if my breaks are good, the health of my battery, etc. I was rather disappointed in the process Don Wood has. Especially since I told them when I made the appointment I just bought the used truck and I wanted to get the oil changed and tires rotated so I could get an idea if there were any problems brewing with the truck.
