I’ve made contact with the Attorney General’s office already. Sorry about your luck thats why Im getting the bs emails about fixing a car. You dont even have a car of mine. You sold me a piece of ‘crap’ car and thought you would get away with it. Now months later your sending me emails talking about my car is ready to pick up. Just exactly what car is ready for pick up and what have you done. Or are these more games of yours to try and get out of this. Im not done blasting Don Wood either the poor service I received will be made known. Your service manager at Logan is a jerk and Kevin in Athens is a liar and a joke.

Keith neglected to listen to a description of issues going on with our vehicle. Our vehicle has been presenting with weird electrical glitches causing dash functions, lights, and just about anything electrical to flash or stop functioning. This has progressively gotten worse and worse to the point where the engine intermittently stops running while driving. After describing the issue to Keith, he then proceeded to state that it looks like the issue is just a check engine light despite being offered a complete narrative of the situation. Our vehicle was seen too, but no issues were found. Keith stated that the diagnostic fee would be waived if this issue presented itself again, as he was unable to observe or find the cause of this issue. We took our vehicle home and the issue started happening again. Upon taking our vehicle back to be fixed, Keith stated that this is a new issue and the fee will not be waived. This is the same issue, Keith simply did not want to listen to us tell him what we observed the first time we had our vehicle seen to. If he had, we would not be out of pocket $157 for the first diagnostic fee. As a current sales manager, if Keith were my team member, we would be discussing some retraining concerning the importance of guest communication and listening skills.

Keith did a great job when I was there, no complaints.
When I first called to schedule my appointment for my recall I talked with Jim reeves I belive, he was the other person working there when I brought my car in. Jim told me on the phone they would have to order parts for my recall and that he would call me when they were in. The phone call was professional and he told me what I wanted to hear. So 3 weeks passed and I decided to call to see if my parts were in for my recall. Lucky for me Jim answered the phone and he remembered me and he said he would check to see if my parts were in, he said they just had a few trucks arrive with parts. So he puts me on hold and says the parts I need just came in and he can schedule me in. Good thing I called right when the parts seemed to be delivered. So when I arrived to do the recall I dealt with Keith, and I asked him what exactly are they doing with this recall for my vehicle and he said they were just updating the software.. So I Googled it and he was right it was just a software update to the braking system.
So my question is why did Jim lie to me about the parts that he needed to order?
Why did he never call me back? Was he ever going to call me back?
Does Jim think I am an idiot?
What if something happened to me and my family in that 3 weeks while I waited for"parts" for my braking system software update?
I am a very loyal customer to don wood I have personally bought 2 brand new vehicles off your lot, and have traded 2 vehicles in to don wood and have sent plenty of business to you over the years because I have been treated very well in the past, and I have been treated well by Jim in the past, I don't know what happened this time.
I don't want anything for this situation.
I don't want to post anything online about this, and I don't want to go to Hugh white for my next vehicle, but an honest apology from Jim would go a long way for me.
