I am pleased with the fact that a new rear window was replaced on our new vehicle as promised at the time of purchase do to an uncleanable stain, how ever we were instructed to bring the car in on Thursday and were later that day told that the rear glass couldn’t be replaced until the company that does the work couldn’t do it until Monday which left leaving our car at your dealership until Monday do to scheduling problems for us to bring it back Monday morning, when I see adds from auto glass replacement companies that will come to your house to do the work like (safe auto). So once again pleased with the work but not being told it would be done on the day of drop off and then have to leave the car there when clearly it is possible for the glass replacements people to come to us. Going to miss Lori Nuguster she is why we chose to come to your dealership to buy several vehicles,but now we’ll have to rethink dealing with Don Wood again
