We are down to one vehicle now and we brought our truck to you to have the master window switch replaced cause last August the right rear window stuck in the down position. Your shop got the window up but not all the way cause when in snowed snow blew into the truck, plus when we went into a car wash it would come in the window. So after calling the parts department to see if our switch came in the parts guy said the part had been in for a while but we was not notified. Now we have to make arrangements to come back up cause the window does not work. You can hear the switch working in the door but nothing happens !!!!!
