I had originally scheduled service for a 20,000 mile check. A few days later I received a call that two recalls needed to be done also and they recommended to reschedule my appointment to accommodate that work. Coming from Newberry that was a welcomed call. I appreciate the folks there looking out for everyone’s best interests.

I brought the car in for what I believe is a defect, hoping for the warranty to apply. Was told by service manager and general manager that what I have is normal wear and tear. I don’t agree at all. My attempt to propose a compromise to resolve the disagreement was Interpreted by those men as greed on my part. I got no help at all, and I spent eight hours of my family’s time getting the car to the dealership and back to my home. On top of it all, I was charged an estimate fee, which I paid. At this point, I don’t plan to buy another vehicle from Fernelius. And if anybody asks my opinion of the dealership, I will share it.
