Couple things... There seemed to be multiple break downs in communication. Between the service center and me and the service center with the body shop. Most people in the service department didn't have masks on which is kinda disrespectful. Conversation s with service over the phone were kind of demeaning. I have usually had good service in the past. But this time was quite disappointing considering we were also there to look at buying a new car.
