I would like to extend my thanks to the Toyota service repairman and supervisor, Aaron for all the extended help to make my experience less disappointing adventure with our vacation during the Memorial weekend. Running out of Brakes is a terrifying experience! Toyota is extremely helpful and honest about the work necessary on my SUV. Aaron carefully explained and plans to correct the problem. There was a BIG oil leak after the oil change. The technician failed to replace the used crush washer. However service did a good job of correcting the problem. Service Manager was most helpful.

Laurel and team members were friendly and attentive, service was prompt and fairly priced. I answered no because of the way my appointment was made. I called and on a Friday and asked for brake service and throttle body cleaning appointment, was told 8AM the following Wednesday. When I arrived I learned that my appointment was not for the “back shop” but just for brake inspection. I left with a 55 dollar multi point inspection and a dirty throttle body, brakes were not needed . I’ll be back in the future, but please have your staff be honest about your three week wait for real service appointments other than fast lane items.
