The website allowed me to select the services I wanted to be completed on my vehicle and a time slot. Upon arrival I’m told there’s “not enough time” to do them all. I leave your dealership at 4:30 (open until 5:30) and I didn’t get the coolant flush or a tire rotation because “there’s not enough time.” Not only did your company lose $200 by not completing those services for me, you wasted a portion of the day I used PTO of work to have done.

I told them that I had a crunching sound underneath when backing out of space and turning wheels. They said it was a steering cable that went to the horn that I was hearing. Just sold me a part I probably didn’t need and a ton of labor to top it off. I drove it to ace hardware right down the road today and backed out of the spot I was in and crunch crunch crunch. Went to Walmart and then backed out of space and crunched again. Going home turned off Rt 50 to radford road and going around curve crunch again. I can’t help it when men don’t listen to women. Makes me angry actually. Should have said I needed the cable when they replaced a small steering piece at the same time but now I paid labor twice and still have my crunching problem. Nearly $1100.00 ????

Scheduled maint. earliest time one week out. 2:00pm appnt, arrived < 2:00,car pulled in 2:45 - 3:10 done for oil change/tire rotate. Although appreciate manufacture free maintenance, left today weighing if it might be better next time paying $40, going when I want, getting in/out in way less than hour ten minutes. Otherwise, everything was fine.
