I only had my car for a week when I was at work and when I got in my car to go home it wouldn’t start. I had to call tow company(which charged me 60.00 and have it jumped afterwards I took my car to Don Wood and there they checked my battery and said it was all good. The next day I go to work and tried starting my car before going into work and yet again it wouldn’t start. I had to have my husband call and have my car jumped once again so he had to take it to Don Wood again and had to have a new battery installed which cost me almost 300.00. I heard that they use refurbished batteries in the cars they sell which I think is wrong. There’s no way I should have to have had anything done to my car when I only had it for a week. I don’t know if all places do the same but I won’t recommend Don Wood to anyone after this.

I want to compliment and thank Carl M for Always being so friendly and professional. I usually don't do surveys, but he is very good guy and deserves recognition...... I would like to share with you that the new , I guess new ,Google phone service you now are using is very frustrating and seems to not work at times.... I struggled getting through a couple of Fridays ago and it was very frustrating, I do like Carl and Chris Sims is always helpful, and good guy, thanks
