Very disappointed in the service I received on 3/26/21. I've been having an issue with my mirrors on my 2019 Ram 1500. It was initially diagnosed the beginning of March and was infact a warranty issue per the Boerne service department. I was told the mirrors would have to be ordered, but once they came in it was a fast repair. I hadn't heard anything in over two weeks from the time the mirrors were ordered. I called Boerne Ram on 3/25 to see what the status was since I hadn't heard from anyone. Low and behold, the day I call the mirrors happen to be there. I was transferred from parts to my service advisor to schedule the installation. I was told to bring my truck in on 3/26 and they would get it in and have it done ASAP. Being that it was a Friday and I had to work, I dropped the truck off right at 7am Friday morning. I was the first vehicle dropped off. Being that this was "fast" repair, I anticipated picking up the truck at lunchtime. I texted with the service advisor about 11am and she advised that it hadn't even been started yet, but that it would be done sometime in the afternoon. Ok I can deal with that. I don't hear from the service advisor at all, and I reach out again around 415p. I'm advised that it is almost done and by the time I arrive I'll be able to pickup, but only after me making contact again. Arrived to pickup my vehicle, sign paperwork and they pull it up to the bay. As soon as I walked outside I could tell something wasn't right. The drivers side mirror wasn't paint matched as it should have been. I checked the passenger side and that one is good, but not snapped into the housing on the window all the way. I return back inside and let the service advisor know something isn't right. She returns outside with me and says "I don't see what the issue is". Not sure how you couldn't see the drivers mirror is a completely different color! She had to get her parts folks involved and they couldn't figure out what the problem was either. How was this not caught by the technician installing a mirror on 1 side that was paint matched, and installing the other that didn't match at all? The service advisor apologized and they said that the box came from distribution marked with the correct part number, but it apparently didn't have the correct mirror in the box. Needless to say, I'm going to have to take time off of work whenever the new mirror comes in so I can sit there and wait on the truck to be finished. This will be the 3rd visit in a month for the mirrors. Between the lack of communication and repeat visits, this has been very frustrating.

They rotated only the front tires since I would have had to “pay” for the tears to ge done. Even though my “purchase” supposedly came with one “free” tire rotation. I stupidly thought it meant all tires not just “one set”???? silly me. I also asked them to check/fill tires air pressure. Dash TPS shows all rear tires approx 5 lbs under pressurized. Maybe TPS is off?

Rude never spoke to Lawrence and when I got my truck back after 4 days of just a oil change and tire rotation my truck felt like it wanted to fall apart no one has touched my truck but Bernie it only has 5 thousand miles on it and it felts and sounds like it has well over 200 thousand not only that I had to pay for a rental vehicle which costed me 550 out of my own pocket and the things I took it in for never got fixed and they looked at me like if I was stupid well just the gentleman that helped me which was not Lawrence I don’t know who helped me but he was rude and just was at his job for a paycheck it seemed like but I was very disappointed in the service and would not be returning to Bernie anymore

Service advisor was a nice young man, it was not his part in this service that I found unsatisfactory. Tire replacement issue, windshield repair which was not done or explained why it wasn’t done, and brake line repair was very unsatisfactory and makes no sense with a brand new vehicle bought less then 2 months ago with less then 5500 miles on it.

Well honestly I really had a horrible experience I was never kept up-to-date on my car one of the service advisor also gave me wrong information and she treated me rude on the phone and he Lawrence never contact me at all I finally had to call and complain to the manager because it was very difficult to get anything out of them or get a call back I end up spending over $1000 and I’ve spent more in the past unfortunately it’s very difficult to give a positive review when no one truly contact me back when it really needed to be even when I send messages through yawls contact and orNever got a call back if I did it was after the fact I didn’t even get much of a discount sad for all the bad experience that I went through and that’s because I was before that I had another experience it was treated as if I was less than them
