Besides not being notified of the ordered part being in - plus miscommunication on a previous issue - the needed service was performed
However I asked that all fluids be checked
Obviously no one checked as the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty and had a disconnected hose which I had to fix myself as well as fill the reservoir
I have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership
I would find it very difficult to ever buy another from Boerne Dodge
Your service department is clearly lacking as these were not the first issues I’ve had
